On August 22, 2020, in Hanoi, R&H Group Joint Stock Company (R&H Group) and Lines Design Interior-Exterior Consulting and Design Company (Lines Design) signed a Business Cooperation Agreement and Capital Transfer.

This signing ceremony marks a new development in the partnership between R&H Group and Lines Design after the previous effective cooperation between the two sides, and at the same time, to strengthen connectivity, towards the goal of becoming a comprehensive cooperation, ensuring long-term and sustainable cooperation on the basis of relying on the advantages of the parties to exploit the best available potential.

Accordingly, R&H Group will buy back a part or all of the capital contribution of Lines Design. The two sides also undertake to use products and services provided by the other party in all business activities on the basis of economic efficiency and in accordance with the law. R&H Group and Lines Design are committed to regular exchange of information and experience in the management of business and investment activities of the two enterprises.

On the same day, R&H Group also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with important economic partners. This is considered one of the major milestones marking the development and determination of R&H Group in the resort real estate investment market of Vietnam.
