On August 25, 2020, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between R&H Group Joint Stock Company (R&H Group) and Sakae Holdings Company took place at the office of R&H Group JSC witnessed by the Leadership Board and the Heads/Department of the two companies. This is considered an important step forward, helping both sides continue to expand the scale, exploit powerful services and support each other to achieve business goals in the future.

According to the signed agreement, the two sides work together to share information, research, analyze, and propose potential real estate projects to implement mergers and acquisitions real estate or investment decisions.

At the same time, R&H Group and Sakae Holdings will support each other with experience records, human resource and finance to perform according to the requirements of each specific project. In projects which R&H is the investor, Sakae Holdings will research and cooperate is implementing the fields of activities where party B has strengths

By maximizing the strengths of each party, strategic cooperation will bring development potential not only in the field of cooperation but also in other areas that R&H Group and Sakae Holdings are operating in Vietnam
