Cafeland – Construction Department of Phu Yen province has just sent a statistical report to the Ministry of Construction on the Phu Yen real estate market in the second quarter of 2020.

Accordingly, at present, in Phu Yen province, there are 6 housing projects under construction, including 1 social housing project and 6 commercial housing projects; a housing project is preparing a construction permit.

In the second quarter, there were 2 commercial project, service and tourist projects that were licensed and started construction. Specifically, the project of commercial service works in the land north of Tuy Hoa airport with the scale of 1.44 ha and the project of general service, trade and tourism project with the scale of 5 ha.

According to the Department of Construction of Phu Yen province, in the second quarter of 2020, the real estate market in the province prospered but still faced many difficulties. Real estate projects continued to be deployed to ensure the set progress, but the market was bleak, the purchasing power and transactions were still small.

Besides, the projects of subdivision for sale of land plots to be collected from the budget face many difficulties due to the impact of the epidemic. However, it is noteworthy that the high-end mixed housing project is located in the south of the planned N3 road, Hung Vuong street, city. Tuy Hoa with a scale of 1.2 ha has been successfully auctioned, collecting about 287 billion VND from the budget.

The total volume of notarized and authenticated transactions in the province in the second quarter of 2020 was 462 transactions. Accordingly, focusing mainly on land transactions in residential areas with 440 transactions, the number of transactions in existing housing in the residential area is 22 transactions.

And yet, 2 new commercial housing projects are newly licensed with a scale of 563 units, 3 projects are under construction with a scale of 996 units. At the same time, there are 2 newly licensed tourism and resort projects with the scale of 115 tourist apartments, 4 projects are under construction with the scale of 1,392 tourist apartments and 445 tourist villas.
