Detailed description
  • Full control of Electrical Design Documentation issued from the Group’s Project Management Board and assigned Project Design Consultant;
  • Feedback on design errors compared to specified standards, or propose other more optimal design options (if any);
  • Coordinate inspection with other items such as water supply and drainage, air conditioning, ventilation, … and other subjects such as structure, architecture, interior, … to limit conflicts between drawings, leading to repairs are costly and affect overall progress;
  • Control the items in the Contractor’s Contract compared with the Construction Design Document. In case of any discrepancy or omission, an additional construction instruction must be issued to the contractor for implementation;
  • Issue Construction Design Document, approve Shopdrawing drawings and materials submitted by contractor. Proposal to purchase materials and equipment in Contractor’s Contract that are issued by the Employer;
  • Answering questions about design documents, construction measures, problems at the site for the Investor and Contractor’s supervision team;
  • In addition, for some projects directly constructed by the Investor, Shopdrawing will be supported, proposed to purchase materials and completed when the project is completed later;
  • Perform other jobs as requested by the Director of the Project Management Board, the Project Leader, and the Company Leadership Board.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Male, aged 25-30, graduated from University, majoring in electrical engineering technology;
  • Having a project management or construction supervision practice certificate of grade III or higher;
  • Understand ISO quality management contents in investment projects;
  • Working experience of 2 years or more in MEP: management of construction documents, drawing documents, settlement of urban area projects, mixed housing areas, hotels, restaurants, tourist areas resort 4 * -5 *, entertainment area;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software and office informatics (Office). Good use of image editing and collage software;
  • Ready to go on business when being mobilized. Understand high pressure at work, honesty, responsible and enthusiastic to work.

  • Can travel on business according to the Group’s business requirements and be paid according to regulations.
  • Gross salary: From 15 – 20 million / month. Specific level according to the capacity of the job and exchange during the interview.
  • After the probationary period, if meeting the requirements, participate in paying social insurance as prescribed.
