Detailed description
  • When visitors come to the Group to work or the Board of Directors comes to work, the receptionist must stand up to greet, warmly, smile and find out the needs of guests who want to meet, what to do… to have solutions according to their competence or notify other departments to handle them;
  • Contact departments, professional departments, and units directly under the Group to confirm that there are visitors coming to work. After receiving the request of the Departments, Departments, Units, Divisions, Receptionist to guide guests to comply with the conveyed content;
  • Guide guests to the living room or sit in the waiting area, invite drinks (The Group arranged drinking water bottles, cups and trays at the Reception desk to invite guests). Coordinate with the office staff, the office administration to ensure the living room, the meeting room is always clean, cups, cups of water are full, the conditions for public holidays, equipment are required before the meeting takes place;
  • Receive incoming phone calls, provide information asked or forward to the relevant department. Ensuring fast receiving phone calls and accurate information instructions;
  • Receive information, suggestions, recommendations, feedback from guests, resolve within their competence or report to the Leaders of the Group, Division, Professional Division, and related units for handling according to regulations;
  • Receive documents and papers sent to the Group and immediately deliver them to the Director of the Legal Department-HCNS for settlement according to regulations;
  • Coordinate with relevant departments or as assigned by the Board of Directors or the Director of Legal Department-HCNS to organize events and receive guests of the Group. Participate in events to introduce, PR, media, launch projects;
  • Arranging flowers, ceremonies and serving drinking water to receive reception at the Reception area, 2nd floor Reception room, order food, contact the VIP restaurant at the request of the Board of Directors;
  • Coordinate and support to print, scan, copy documents… when requested by the department. Ensure the accuracy of the required documents to print, scan, photo…;
  • Other duties are required by the Board of Directors of the Group and the Director of Legal Department-HCNS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Female, aged 20-24, good looking, 1.60m tall and above, speaking a standard accent without speaking a local language, graduated from intermediate school or higher. Priority is given to people with experience who have worked in service companies, travel, hotel receptionists, tour guides.
  • Know how to compose administrative documents and use Office software.
  • Gracious, careful, enthusiastic, nimble and capable of organizing scientific work.

  • Working by office hours from Monday to Saturday morning, friendly environment, dynamic, professional, career development opportunities. Depending on the job requirements, they can be sent to participate in professional training.
  • Can work overtime, go on business trips according to the Group’s work requirements and be paid according to regulations.
  • Gross salary: From 8-10 million/month. Specific salary according to the capacity of the job and exchange during the interview.
  • After a probationary period of 1-2 months, if satisfactory, the company will pay social insurance in accordance with regulations.
