Detailed description
- Documentation of construction quality management; Legal documentation upon request.
- Update and master all relevant technical design drawings, design changes, Shop drawings and construction methods.
- Understand the progress and volume of each construction item, regulations on construction standards and acceptance.
- Control and manage well materials, construction machinery and equipment.
- Check and update detailed construction progress, day, week and month implementation plans to urge the contractor to execute the construction and promptly report to the Steering Committee of the work, proposing solutions work is delayed.
- Make regular reports to the management board on the construction progress, construction issues and provide suggestions for completing construction methods.
- Construction supervision according to construction design drawings, detailed drawings and approved construction methods.
- Check the construction workload, quality records of the construction contractor and carry out the pre-acceptance test in accordance with the process and law.
- Make a record of the work performed, Make daily and weekly reports on the accumulated work volume and backlog.
- Monitoring and responsible for technical aspects, quality, volume, labor safety and environmental sanitation, fire protection during the construction process on the site.
- Perform other jobs as requested by the Director of the Project Management Board, the Project Leader, and the Company Leadership Board.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Male from 25-30 years old, graduated from University majoring in: Civil and industrial construction; Construction of bridges and roads (schools of Construction, Architecture, Transport …)
- Work experience from 2 years or more: management of construction documents, drawing documents, settlement of investment projects on construction of technical infrastructure of urban areas, mixed housing areas, living areas hotels, restaurants, resorts, entertainment.
- Having a project management or construction supervision practice certificate of grade III or higher;
- Understand ISO quality management contents in investment projects;
- Proficient in using specialized parts such as: AutoCad, Office, editing and image collage software;
- Careful, enthusiastic, agile, able to arrange scientific work.
