Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee is responsible for the accuracy of data, content of the report, opinions and explanations; area size and location proposed for adjustment and supplementation of the planning for development of economic zones; ensure that the planning adjustment and supplementation is consistent with relevant planning and regulations of law on investment, land, forestry, minerals, environment, water resources and relevant laws; do not let disputes and complaints occur in the process of organizing and implementing the plan.
At the same time, implementing appropriate investment phases, selecting sectors and investors to attract reasonable investment for functional zones in the economic zone.
