Detailed description
  • Planning and implementing works for the Project to ensure compliance with the regulations on organization and operation of the Project Management Board;
  • Take charge of compensation for site clearance, contact and coordinate with local State agencies to handle work related to the Project;
  • Manage and operate all activities at the project, ensure construction in accordance with design drawings, regulations, ensure on schedule, quality and occupational safety, fire prevention, protection the environment at the Project;
  • Direct the consultant to request the contractor to perform the work in accordance with technical standards as well as the approved drawings between the Contractor, the Consultant and the Investor;
  • Control contractors for the execution of contractual items in stages;
  • Work with Government, Consultant and Contractor to ensure that Project’s work is carried out according to approved plan;
  • Advising and proposing to the Board of Directors on the selection of plans for project organization and administration, project implementation;
  • On behalf of the Project Management Board, perform internal and external affairs during the project implementation process;
  • Perform other duties directly assigned by the General Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Male from 30-40 years old, graduated from University, majoring in: Civil and industrial construction; Road construction; Construction economics (schools of Construction, Architecture, Transport…)
  • Work experience from 5 years or more used to work as Head, Deputy Manager of Project Management Unit or in charge of: legal documents, site clearance, construction, drawing documents, bar settlement under the Project Management Board of investment projects in construction of technical infrastructure of urban areas, mixed housing areas, resorts and entertainment areas;
  • Having a project management or construction supervision practice certificate of grade III or higher;
  • Understand ISO quality management contents in investment projects;
  • Proficient in using specialized parts such as Autocad, Office, specialized estimating software;
  • Careful, enthusiastic, agile, able to arrange scientific work.

  • Salary of specific agreement according to the capacity of the job and interview exchange (From 30 million VND/month or more);
  • Probation for 1-2 months. After the probationary period, if meeting the requirements, participate in paying social insurance as prescribed.
